Purpose and Reason:

To implement RIGL 42-17.1-2.5 Tolling of expiration periods which extends expiration dates of eligible development permits to June 30, 2011.

Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril:

Unless clarified, affected permittees will be uncertain as to the duration of their permits.
